- Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request. An additional fee of $50 applies per request. This fee is non-refundable once processed.
- Guests will be charged an additional $100 per hour for any time spent after 10 AM that is not approved. This charge is a penalty and does not provide possession for an additional day; the additional day penalty is the base rate without discounts.

Policies and Rules
- No parties, events, or gatherings. This is a residential community. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM. Disturbances seen as a party, event, or gathering will incur a non-negotiable $500 fine.
- No smoking or vaping inside the property. Smart sensors may notify management if tobacco or marijuana smoke is detected inside. Smoking is permitted outside in permitted areas (balconies/patios, backyard if applicable or authorized by the building). If evidence of smoking is found after your stay, a $500 smoking fee applies. Do not leave smoking debris behind.
- No pets allowed unless authorized prior to your reservation by a StayRN property manager. Not disclosing a pet or not paying the pet fee in advance can result in a $250 fine. Additional costs may be charged for property damage caused by pets.
- A government-issued ID and consent to a background check may be required upon request. The reserving guest must upload their ID in the secure portal at least 24 hours prior to check-in. This information is required for building verification and will not be stored or used for other purposes.
- Occupancy is limited to the stated listing occupancy. Babies under the age of 2 are not included in this count. Guests may only sleep on the beds for hygiene reasons.
- All guests must follow lease, community policies, and all applicable laws. Violations of house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund and removal from the property.
- The host is not responsible for personal injury or negligence during your reservation. Guests are responsible for their own and their guests' injuries and behavior.
Fees and Payments
- Additional cleaning fee may apply if the property is left excessively dirty (e.g., stained floors, damaged walls, smoking smells, damaged furniture).
- If furniture is damaged or moved, an additional fee may apply.
- Additional fees apply for breaking or damaging items, smoking inside, losing keys/fobs/parking passes, or late check-out. The host will communicate any damages and evidence before charging fees. If damages prevent same-day check-in for the next guest, the guest may be charged for the missed reservation.
- Additional set of keys: $75 per set.
- Lost keys: $100 fee.
- Lost parking pass: $75 fee.
